Every now and again, changes happen to the directors of a company. When these changes happen, they need to be communicated to CIPC so the company documents are also updated officially. The following director changes need to be updated with CIPC:

  • Addition of director
  • Change in contact details of existing directors
  • Removal of company director
  • Resignation of company director
  • Change in marital name

InĀ  order to file the change, please submit the following:

  • Meeting minutes where it was resolved to make said changes to company
  • Resignation letter/appointment letter of director
  • All director certified ID copies
  • Service Fees R150 per director change
